Rather than simply being a reaction to something else, having suicidal thoughts usually indicates a more intrinsic mental health problem that may or may not be influenced by outside events. I'm no expert, but I do know that suicide is a very serious matter and a culmination of a bunch of different factors. In the end, even though another tragedy would inevitably reopen old wounds and make new ones as well, I think the rest of them would eventually learn to deal with their grief like they did the first time. Additionally, the fact that four of them were able to get together and face their pain is a sign that they have matured a lot since then, which is inevitable since you gotta remember that they were all really young when Mari died. Sunny and Basil were the two who were most vulnerable to begin with because they were the closest to the incident and they weren't able to find a new purpose/friends after the old friend group broke apart. To me it seemed like everyone else was already dealing with Mari's death in a healthier way, with Hero studying to become a doctor, Kel making friends through sports, and Aubrey with her gang friends as well as going to church. I don't think that the rest of the group would have necessarily followed after Sunny and Basil. Not this time." He reached out his hands, aiming where the catch was going to be. They all went outside, as seeing a bunch of nurses and paramedics following them. But he was here with me." Aubrey tried to say almost not crying. One of the doctors had saw Sunny, and also immediately went to help them. Hero was carrying Basil, quickly rushing out to save Sunny somehow. NOW." Hero urged to Aubrey and Kel.Īubrey immediately rushed out of the hospital room, going nearby to any doctor. The others tried to stop him, but also averted their gaze at the window seeing the familiar figure before them. "SUNNY?!" He jolted up and went off the bed without any concern for himself. His expression changed weak to immediately realization and concern, as he averted his eyes to the window beside him seeing a figure falling down from above. He seemed alright but still unconscious." Hero said.īasil looked at Hero. "Where's Sunny?!" He immediately asked with all his strength. "We were worried."īasil didn't seem to be in the moment. "You're finally awake!"Īubrey had a soft expression, her usual toughness was blinded out at the moment. They had found them both in the bathroom last to last night unconscious and harmed.īasil weakly looked at them, it had seemed he woken up. First Sunny's eye was cut out, and Basil was already hurt as well. Kel, Aubrey and Hero were nearby Basil's bed. Omori took control of his remains, and now it's time to end it. Sunny had opened the door to the rooftop, and walked along the edge. Something anyways was always there, just standing there. Begging for forgiveness, and facing them was enough to handle. What reason you may ask? Oh, quite simple really, to atone for his sins. Something followed Sunny, heading towards the upstairs. His body felt like it was being controlled, he couldn't move his body anymore, something similar to him was doing all the work. In fact, he didn't even think anything at all. There was nobody around, just something and him.īasil's room was right around the corner, but he didn't feel like visiting. He walked towards the hospital door, and slowly opened it. It was deserving because it was Sunny's fault of everything anyways. It had been a while since Basil cut his eye open with shears. He got up, with his right eye patched with bandages. All he could hear was monitors, the outside noises from the window and footsteps with chatter outside the hospital room's door. There were flowers, surrounding the hospital room. Sunny awoke from the hospital bed, blank faced and empty.
